Maharathi Karna 1944

Maharathi Karna is a 2008 Indian Hindi-language drama film starring Nana Patekar, Paresh Rawal, Om Puri, and Boman Irani. The movie follows the life of Karna, the greatest archer in the Mahabharata. He is born to Kunti, an unmarried woman, and must keep his true identity hidden. Despite this, he excels in martial arts and becomes a great warrior. He is admired by all and becomes involved with the Pandavas, despite being their half-brother. However, Duryodhana, another prince who is jealous of Karna's skills, plots against him and Karna is forced to fight for Duryodhana against the Pandavas. In the end, Karna dies in battle, but his story lives on as an example of loyalty, courage, and selflessness.
