Story

Bhaktaraj is a 1980 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by Mahendran. The film stars Sivaji Ganesan, Sujatha, Jaishankar and Manorama in the lead roles. The story follows the struggles of a poor farmer, Bhaktaraj. He lives with his wife and two children in a rural village in India. One day, he discovers that his land has been sold to a wealthy landlord. Despite Bhaktaraj's pleas, the landlord refuses to give back the land. In order to save his family, Bhaktaraj begins a struggle against the injustice. With the help of his friends, Bhaktaraj fights against the landlord and reclaims his land. Bhaktaraj is a story of resilience and determination. It highlights the plight of poor farmers in India and their fight for justice. The film conveys an optimistic message that no matter how difficult the situation, courage and hope will always prevail.
