Bhakta Kabir is a 2003 Indian biographical drama film based on the life of Kabir, a 15th-century mystic poet and saint of India. The movie follows the life of Kabir from his birth to his death. He was born into a Muslim family but was raised by a Hindu family. As he grew older, Kabir began questioning the religious differences between Hindus and Muslims, which angered both communities. He was then sent to a guru who taught him about spiritual truth and love. Despite being persecuted for his beliefs, Kabir continued to preach love and peace amongst the two faiths. His teachings inspired many and eventually led to a movement of unity and harmony between Hindus and Muslims. The movie ends with Kabir's death and his teachings continuing to inspire generations.
