Veerana 1988

Veerana is a 1988 Indian horror film directed by Ramsay Brothers. The movie follows Jasmin, a young woman who unwittingly releases an evil spirit from a sealed tomb. She is possessed by the spirit and terrorizes her family and village. An exorcist is called in to help rid her of the spirit, but it proves more difficult than anticipated. In the end, the spirit is eventually released, allowing Jasmin to be free. The film focuses on the struggle between good and evil as the evil spirit attempts to take over Jasmin’s body. Despite the help of an exorcist, it proves too powerful for them to handle. In the end, a group of villagers join forces to send the spirit away, freeing Jasmin from its control.
