Kaali Khuhi 2020

Kaali Khuhi is the story of a young girl in Punjab, India. The movie follows Shivangi, a 10-year-old girl who discovers her family's dark past of female infanticide and must fight to save her village from an ancient evil. When her grandmother dies, Shivangi moves to Punjab with her family to take over the ancestral farm. However, they soon discover that their new home is haunted by the spirit of a child who was killed many years ago because of her gender. Shivangi must then find a way to prevent the evil from consuming her home and the entire village. In the end, she learns to embrace her own strength and courage to overcome the darkness threatening her community. By facing her fears and standing up against the ancient curse, Shivangi saves her village and reclaims her rightful place as a leader.
