Bhuvan Shome 1969

Bhuvan Shome is a 1969 Indian drama film about an elderly and conservative bureaucrat, Bhuvan Shome. After being reprimanded by his boss for his strict and uncompromising attitude, he decides to travel to Gujarat for a duck-hunting vacation. There he meets a young woman named Gouri who helps him find joy and meaning in life. With her help, Shome begins to open up and appreciate the beauty of life, culture, and nature. Through this journey, he learns to be more tolerant and understanding of those around him. In the end, he returns home with newfound appreciation for life, knowing that it's never too late to learn something new.
