Madam Chief Minister is a 2020 Indian Hindi-language drama film directed by Subhash Kapoor. It stars Richa Chadda, Manav Kaul, and Akshay Oberoi in the lead roles. The film is set in Uttar Pradesh, India and tells the story of a small-town woman, who overcomes all odds to become the first female chief minister of the state.

The story follows Richa Chadda's character, Tara, as she fights against years of male domination and the entrenched caste system in India. Despite facing numerous obstacles and challenges, she uses her sheer determination and self-belief to rise to the top and become the state's first female chief minister. With the help of her friend, Manav Kaul, Tara is able to overcome her personal struggles and societal barriers, and take control of her own destiny. In the end, reality meets aspiration as she gives voice to the voiceless in the state and makes a difference in the lives of many.
