Story

Bhoot is a 2003 Indian supernatural horror film. It follows the story of a married couple, Vishal and Swati, who move into a new apartment in Mumbai. They discover that the apartment is haunted by an evil spirit known as 'Bhoot', which appears to be connected to a missing girl from the previous tenants. Vishal investigates the mystery by trying to find out what happened to the girl, while Swati struggles to protect their family from the ghost's wrath. In the end, Vishal discovers that the ghost was the girl's father, who had gone insane after his daughter was kidnapped and killed. After bringing the girl's body back home, he was able to rest in peace. The film ends with Vishal and Swati happily living in their new apartment, free from any further hauntings.
