Story

Shaandaar is a 2015 Indian romantic comedy-drama. The story follows the love story of two people from different worlds, Alia and Jagjinder Joginder. Alia is the daughter of an eccentric wedding planner, and Jagjinder is an industrialist from London. Alia's family is planning a grand destination wedding for one of her cousins at an extravagant castle in England. Alia meets Jagjinder at the castle and they quickly fall in love. Alia's father disapproves of the relationship, but Alia stands up to him and follows her heart. Both families must learn to accept their differences and come together in order for the wedding to take place. In the end, the wedding does take place, as well as the union of Alia and Jagjinder.
