Kanpuriye 2019

Kanpuriye is a 2019 Indian drama film written and directed by Kushal Srivastava. It follows the story of three friends from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh - Dabbu, Guddu, and Deepu. The trio is struggling to make a living in their small town and feels trapped by the lack of opportunities available. One day, they decide to leave for Mumbai in search of a better life. In the city, the three boys find themselves completely out of their depth as they are confronted with the harsh realities of the big city. Despite their best efforts, they are unable to make it in Mumbai. After facing several rejections and disappointments, they eventually manage to get jobs at a wedding planning company, where they slowly start to learn the ropes. Along the way, they discover how powerful friendship can be when faced with adversity. Kanpuriye is an inspiring story about three young men who set out on a journey in search of a better life. Despite facing numerous obstacles, they never give up on their dreams and prove that friendship and determination can go a long way.
