Andolan 1995

Andolan is a 1995 Indian Hindi-language drama film directed by Aziz Mirza and starring Sanjay Dutt, Govinda, Somy Ali and Mamta Kulkarni. The movie is about a family of farmers from a village in India who are struggling to make ends meet. When their eldest son, Gopal (Sanjay Dutt), is falsely accused of robbery, the family takes it upon themselves to fight for justice. With the help of a lawyer, Gopal is eventually cleared of all charges but the family's troubles are far from over. The family continues to battle with a ruthless landowner who is trying to take away their land and they must find a way to protect it. After many struggles and sacrifices, the family eventually prevails and is able to keep their land. The story shows how people can come together to fight injustice and ultimately triumph over adversity.
