Kalaakaar 1983

Kalaakaar is a 1983 Bollywood romantic comedy film directed by Sohanlal Kanwar. It stars Kunal Goswami, Poonam Dhillon, Amrish Puri and Pran in lead roles. The story follows an aspiring artist named Raju (Goswami) who falls in love with a wealthy girl named Radha (Dhillon). Raju is an orphan and a talented painter, but struggles to make a living due to his financial situation. He meets Radha and the two instantly fall in love. Radha's father, however, is against them getting married because of Raju's lack of wealth. To prove his worth, Raju takes on a job as a security guard at a jewelry store. Through his hard work and dedication, Raju eventually succeeds in gaining the respect and admiration of Radha's father and the two are allowed to marry. Despite all of the obstacles they face, their love for each other carries them through and they live happily ever after.
