Story

Khamoshi is a romantic musical drama set in the 1960s. The story follows the life of Annie, a young woman from the Parsi community in India. Annie is torn between her love for the deaf-mute childhood friend, Raja, and her arranged marriage to a wealthy businessman, Samit. As Annie struggles to choose between them, she finds herself in a battle of loyalty and love, where she must decide what matters most. Annie's parents try to convince her to marry Samit, but Annie still has feelings for Raja, and eventually chooses him over Samit. The two lovers are finally reunited, and Annie finds true happiness with her beloved Raja. The film is a beautiful story of two people who overcome all odds to be together despite their differences. It highlights the importance of never giving up on true love, no matter how difficult it may seem.
