Story

Haré Rama Haré Krishna is a 1971 Bollywood drama film directed by Dev Anand starring himself, Zeenat Aman and Mumtaz. The movie revolves around two estranged siblings – Ravi and Radha – who are brought together due to their father's death. After the reunion, they set off on an adventurous journey to discover their ancestral home in Kathmandu, Nepal. Along the way, they come across various people of different faiths and cultures which help them understand the meaning of true faith and love. They also confront some unpleasant elements of society like drug dealers and hippie cults. In the end, they find solace in their newfound spiritual family and use their newfound knowledge to spread teachings of peace and brotherhood. The movie culminates with both siblings being united and embracing their cultural heritage.
