Red Rose 1980

Red Rose is a 1980 romantic drama film directed by Alireza Davoudnejad. It tells the story of a young woman, Mahrokh (played by Shohreh Aghdashloo), who has been repeatedly rejected in her pursuit of true love. After years of loneliness, she meets a wealthy businessman, Mr. Qanbari (played by Behrouz Vossoughi). Despite their differences, they soon fall in love and marry, but their happiness is short-lived when Mahrokh discovers that her husband is already married. Although hurt and betrayed, Mahrokh still believes in true love and decides to stay with her husband. Eventually, they learn to understand each other and rediscover their passion for each other.
