Story

Jaal is a 1986 Bollywood action-drama film directed by Mukul S. Anand. It tells the story of two brothers, Deva and Gullu, who are involved in different criminal activities on the Mumbai docks. Deva is a smuggler working for the local don, Bhawani Singh, while Gullu is an undercover police inspector. Deva's activities catch the attention of the city's top cop, DIG Amar Sinha, who assigns Gullu to bring him to justice. Gullu infiltrates Deva's gang, and befriends him, but slowly learns that his brother is not the villain he thought he was. Together, they attempt to take down Bhawani Singh and his illegal activities, eventually succeeding. Despite their differences, Deva and Gullu must work together to save their family from Bhawani's wrath. In the end, they succeed in bringing the don to justice and restoring peace to the city.
