Story

Four Pillars of Basement is a psychological thriller film about four estranged friends, who are all suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. They reunite in an old basement to confront their past and exorcise their demons. The four protagonists, all male, are Anshul, Rohan, Sameer and Varun. Each has his own story of trauma and loss, including abuse, death of loved ones, and the loss of innocence. Together they must face the truth of their pasts and learn to forgive each other and themselves in order to move forward. In the process, they discover the strength to be vulnerable and open up to one another. As they come together, they find solace in each other’s stories and build a new bond of brotherhood. Through this journey, they come to understand that true strength lies in accepting yourself, even in your darkest moments.
