Aitraaz 2004

Aitraaz is a 2004 Bollywood romantic thriller film directed by Abbas–Mustan. It stars Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles. The story follows Raj Malhotra (Kumar), a successful businessman who is framed for rape by his former lover Sonia Roy (Chopra). He hires advocate Priya Saxena (Kapoor) to prove his innocence in court. During the trial, Raj discovers that Sonia was actually trying to exact revenge for being rejected by him. With her help, Raj is able to prove his innocence and reunite with his wife, Priya. In the end, Sonia is arrested and Raj and Priya are happily reunited. Aitraaz is a suspenseful drama that deals with the consequences of infidelity and highlights how important it is to always be true to oneself.
