Yaadgar 1970

Yaadgaar is a 1970 drama film directed by Ravi Tandon and starring Manoj Kumar, Nutan, Sanjeev Kumar, and Prem Chopra. It tells the story of Rakesh, a lawyer who is reunited with his long-lost elder brother Rajesh. Rajesh had been presumed dead during their family's escape from the Partition in 1947. With the help of Rakesh, Rajesh gets an entry to a prestigious law school, but he faces much opposition due to his past. Rajesh eventually becomes successful and rises to the top of society, while Rakesh falls into a life of crime. The brothers come face to face in court at the climax of the movie, where Rajesh has to decide whether he will protect his brother or uphold justice. In the end, Rajesh chooses to protect his brother, and the two are reunited.
