Woh Lamhe stars Shiney Ahuja and Kangana Ranaut in the lead roles. It is a story of an ambitious young woman, Sana Azim (Kangana Ranaut), who has left her home in search of success in the film industry. She has a relationship with a successful director, Aditya Garewal (Shiney Ahuja). But their relationship soon turns sour when he realizes that she has mental health issues and is unable to cope with the pressures of fame and adulation. Despite his efforts to help her, Sana’s mental health deteriorates further and she is admitted to a mental institution. Years later, she is released and attempts to restart her career but finds it difficult to cope with the world around her. Aditya reaches out to her and tries to help her adjust by providing her with the support she needs. In the end, Sana finds solace in Aditya’s company and the two are reunited. Woh Lamhe is a story of love, loss, and redemption as Sana struggles to overcome her mental health issues and build a new life for herself.
