Story

What the Fish is a 2013 Indian dark comedy film. It follows the life of a timid man, Dimpy, who moves to a new apartment in Mumbai. He soon discovers that the apartment is haunted by a mischievous ghost. After several unsuccessful attempts to get rid of the ghost, he enlists the help of a local priest and his family to perform an exorcism. The priest and his family become embroiled in the supernatural events that ensue, while Dimpy struggles to keep them all safe. In the end, the ghost is defeated and peace is restored in the apartment. What the Fish is a quirky tale of a timid man's journey to free himself from a mischievous ghost. After moving into a new apartment, Dimpy finds himself facing the supernatural. With the help of a local priest and his family, an exorcism is performed and the ghost is vanquished. Dimpy learns that courage and faith can conquer anything, and peace is restored in his home.
