Uvaa 2015

Uvaa is a 2015 Indian dark comedy film directed by Jasbir Bhaati. It follows the story of five delinquent youth who are forced to make some difficult decisions after they are framed for a crime they didn't commit. The five boys, namely, Karan, Raju, Amit, Anand and Ajay, live in a slum area in Delhi. After being accused of theft, the five boys are sent to a juvenile home. While there, they come across another boy, Vicky, who is also falsely accused of a crime. The boys realize that the only way to prove their innocence is to find the real culprit. The boys set out to investigate the matter and soon discover that the person behind the frame-up is a powerful politician. Through their investigation, they learn that the politician is involved in several shady activities. However, the boys must now find a way to bring him to justice without getting caught themselves. In the end, the boys are successful in exposing the politician and clearing their names. Uvaa is an inspiring story of how determination and perseverance can help even the most helpless individuals fight against injustice.
