_of_Her The Film of Her is a 1998 romantic comedy-drama movie starring Courteney Cox and David Arquette. The story follows a couple, Jenna and Sam, who fall in love and plan to get married. However, Sam's commitment issues cause him to break off their engagement a week before the wedding. Heartbroken, Jenna throws away her wedding dress and decides to start a new life in California. She meets a new man, Carl, who helps her to move on from her relationship with Sam. Eventually, she realizes that she still has feelings for Sam and returns to him. They reconcile and eventually marry. The Film of Her shows how relationships can be complicated but also how sometimes, despite all odds, true love can prevail.
