The Body is a 2019 Indian mystery thriller film directed by Jeethu Joseph and starring Rishi Kapoor, Emraan Hashmi, Sobhita Dhulipala and Vedhika. It revolves around the mysterious disappearance of a high-profile businesswoman's body from a morgue. The police investigation leads to an enigmatic killer who seems to have supernatural powers. As the investigation progresses, it soon becomes apparent that the killer is out for revenge against all those responsible for the death of the woman. Meanwhile, the dead woman's daughter embarks on her own mission to uncover the truth behind her mother's disappearance. In the end, the killer is revealed and justice is served. In the process, several secrets are uncovered and the characters learn a lot about themselves in the process.
