Tere Mere Sapne revolves around the life of two brothers, Prashant and Vinay, who are living in poverty. Prashant is a hardworking young man who dreams of a better future for himself and his family. He works multiple jobs to make ends meet and even steals food when necessary. Meanwhile, his brother Vinay is a troublemaker who often gets into legal trouble. When their father passes away, Prashant decides to take his place and become the head of the household. But he faces many obstacles as he fights for a better life for himself and his family. Along the way, he meets a girl named Neha and they soon become close. Unfortunately, due to Vinay's antics, Prashant is forced to choose between protecting his brother or leaving him behind in order to have a better future. Despite the challenges, Prashant perseveres and eventually achieves success. He and Neha get married and he is able to provide a comfortable life for his family.
