Suryaa: An Awakening 1989

Suryaa: An Awakening is a Bollywood movie released in 1988. It tells the story of a young boy, Suryaa, who lives with his family in the city of Banaras. His parents are devout Hindus and he too follows their faith. However, when he gets older, he begins to question the importance of religion in his life. After witnessing a powerful demonstration of spiritual power by a holy man, Suryaa embarks on a journey of self-discovery. He meets a variety of people, including a sage, a prostitute, a Muslim mystic, and a Christian missionary. Through these encounters, he learns about the power of love, acceptance, and tolerance. In the end, Suryaa discovers the truth about himself and his relationship to God. Suryaa ultimately finds enlightenment and peace through his newfound understanding.
