Sher Dil 1990

Sher Dil is a romantic drama movie based in India. It follows the story of two young people, Arjun and Zoya, who fall in love despite being from different social classes. Arjun is a pilot while Zoya is the daughter of a rich industrialist. When they confess their feelings for each other, their families oppose their relationship due to their differences. The couple decides to elope, but soon after, Arjun is sent to fight in a war. After a long and dangerous battle, Arjun returns home safely but discovers his beloved Zoya has been forced into an arranged marriage with another man. Despite his heartbreak, he encourages her to be happy in her new life and moves on. Zoya eventually realizes her true feelings for Arjun and she escapes the arranged marriage to reunite with him. In the end, the couple publicly professes their love and receives the blessing of both their families.
