Shamitabh 2015

Shamitabh tells the story of two very different people: a mute aspiring actor, and a talented but arrogant superstar. The mute actor, Deepak (played by Dhanush), is desperate to become an actor, but his disability prevents him from succeeding. He meets Amitabh Sinha (Amitabh Bachchan), who has a powerful voice but no stage presence. Together they form a unique partnership where Amitabh provides the voice for Deepak's acting career. With Amitabh's voice, Deepak's talent and hard work, they become a successful team - but their success comes with its own complications. Eventually the power struggle between them threatens to tear them apart. When Deepak realizes that it's his talent that has made them a success, he stands up to Amitabh and demands recognition. In the end, Deepak finds his true place in the world as an actor. Despite their differences, Deepak and Amitabh learn to accept and appreciate each other and form a bond that will last forever.
