Sangram 1993

Sangraam tells the story of Rana, a young Rajput prince who lives in a small village in India. After his father's death, Rana is forced to take up the leadership of his people and protect them from the threat of their powerful neighbor, the Mogul empire. He meets Kishori, a beautiful young woman who has been sent by the Mogul Emperor to be a peace envoy between the two sides. Despite the warnings of his advisors, Rana falls in love with Kishori and they develop a romantic relationship. However, Kishori is actually working for the Mogul Empire, and her mission is to weaken Rana's forces and pave the way for an invasion. Rana must use every ounce of courage and strength he has to protect his people and his beloved from the invading forces and preserve his honor. In the end, Rana triumphs and is able to save his people and his love.
