Running Shaadi 2017

Running Shaadi is a 2017 Indian romantic comedy film, directed by Amit Roy. The film stars Taapsee Pannu and Amit Sadh in lead roles. It follows the story of Ram Bharose (Amit Sadh) and Nimmi (Taapsee Pannu), two friends who team up to help people elope and get married. They set up an online platform for couples who want to elope, calling it Running Shaadi.com. As their business grows, they end up helping more and more couples, much to the chagrin of the local police. However, complications arise when one of the couples they help turns out to be very closely related to Ram himself. This leads to a series of humorous events as Ram and Nimmi try to protect the couple from the police, while also trying to conceal their involvement. In the end, after some close encounters with the law, Ram and Nimmi succeed in reuniting the couple and are welcomed back into society with open arms.
