Romeo Akbar Walter (RAW) is a 2019 Indian espionage action thriller film directed by Robbie Grewal. It stars John Abraham as the protagonist, Romeo Ali, an Indian spy working for the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW). He is sent to Pakistan in 1971 during the Indo-Pakistani war. His mission is to gather intelligence for the Indian government while masquerading as a Pakistani citizen. Romeo takes on the identity of Akbar Malik, a Karachi-based businessman, and infiltrates a group of terrorists led by Colonel Yusuf. Through his friendship with Yusuf, he learns of a secret plan involving the smuggling of nuclear weapons into India. With the help of another RAW agent, Shridhar, Romeo is able to uncover the details of the plan and prevent the smuggling of the weapons. In the end, Romeo is successful in thwarting the terrorist plot and returns home safely. In this gripping story of espionage and intrigue, Romeo sacrifices his safety and identity to protect his country from its enemies. At great risk, he infiltrates a terrorist group and uncovers their plans to smuggle nuclear weapons. With the help of fellow RAW agents, he prevents the smuggling of the weapons and returns home safely.
