Story

Rockstar is a story of a young man who dreams of becoming a rock star. Janardhan Jakhar (Ranbir Kapoor) is an average student studying in college, but he has a passion for music. His idol is a famous rock star called Jordan (played by Shammi Kapoor). Janardhan decides to quit college and pursue his dream of becoming a rock star like his idol. He experiences failure and rejection from the music industry. After several years, he finally finds success and becomes a well-known rock star. However, his fame comes with a price as he now faces pressure from his fans and his own ambition. Along the way, he meets a woman named Heer (Nargis Fakhri) who helps him in his journey to stardom. In the end, Janardhan learns valuable lessons about life, love, and music.
