Raja Rani 1973

Raja Rani is a 1973 Indian romantic drama film directed by K. Balachander. The film stars Rajinikanth and Jayalalithaa in the lead roles, with M. N. Nambiar, K.A. Thangavelu and Jai Ganesh in supporting roles. The story follows the lives of two people, Raja and Rani (played by Rajinikanth and Jayalalithaa respectively). Raja is a bus conductor who is constantly trying to find his place in society. He falls in love with Rani, a rich girl, but she initially rejects him because of their social differences. Eventually, after several trials and tribulations, the two fall in love and get married. Unfortunately, they face many challenges in their marriage due to their different backgrounds and social status. In the end, Raja and Rani realise that true love is more powerful than any other force in the world and are able to overcome all of the obstacles they face.
