Prem Kahani is a 1975 Bollywood romantic drama directed by Asit Sen. It stars Rajesh Khanna and Sharmila Tagore in the lead roles. The story revolves around a young man, Prem (Khanna), who falls in love with Radha (Tagore). However, due to a family feud between their respective families, Radha's parents are against the union. To win their approval, Prem and Radha must overcome several obstacles, including their own insecurities, the disapproval of their families, and the machinations of an evil aunt. In the end, love prevails and the two are united. Despite the challenges faced, their devotion to each other remains strong, culminating in a happy ending.
