Praan Jaye Par Shaan Na Jaye is a 2003 Indian romantic drama film directed by Anil Devgan and starring Raveena Tandon, Arshad Warsi, and Divya Dutta. The story follows the life of Rajesh (Arshad Warsi), a struggling musician who meets Pooja (Raveena Tandon) on a train journey. The two fall in love and decide to get married, but Pooja's father disapproves. Despite this, they continue to pursue their relationship. However, Pooja soon discovers that she has a terminal illness and only a few months to live. In order to ensure that she is remembered, she decides to write her own obituary as a way to preserve her memory even after her death. Rajesh is heartbroken but holds her close until she passes away. In the end, he takes her ashes to the river where they first met, remembering the times they shared together.
