Oonche Log 1965

Oonche Log is a 1965 Indian romantic drama film directed by T. Prakash Rao. The story follows a young woman, Hema, who is in love with a man named Dr. Anand. But her father, Rai Bahadur, disapproves of the match and arranges for her to marry an old suitor. Hema and Anand find out about this and they elope together, with the help of Anand's friend, Darshan. However, Rai Bahadur finds out about the elopement and hires a thug to bring them back. In the end, Rai Bahadur realizes his mistake and agrees to let Hema and Anand be together. The movie tells the story of Hema, a young woman who falls in love with Dr. Anand against her father’s wishes. When her father arranges for her to marry another man, the couple elopes and runs away together. Yet, Rai Bahadur manages to track them down and hires a thug to bring them back. But in the end, after realizing his mistake, he decides to let them be together. Ultimately, Hema and Anand are reunited and their relationship is accepted by her father.
