Nagin is a 1954 Hindi film starring Vyjayanthimala and Pradeep Kumar. It is based on the folklore of a nagin, or snake woman. The story follows a young man named Raju who falls in love with a beautiful girl named Narmada. However, unbeknownst to him, Narmada is actually a shape-shifting nagin, and when she learns of his love for her, she decides to take revenge on him by cursing him. In order to be free from the curse, Raju must find a magical gemstone called the Nagmani, which will break the spell. He embarks on a quest to find the gem, facing numerous obstacles along the way. Ultimately, he succeeds in finding the gem and breaking the curse, and he and Narmada are reunited.
