Munimji is a 1955 Indian film directed by Subodh Mukherjee. It stars Dev Anand and Nalini Jaywant in the lead roles. The story revolves around Raja (Dev Anand), an unemployed young man who has recently moved to Bombay. He meets a girl, Munni (Nalini), who works as an accountant in an international trading company. They fall in love and Raja sets out to find a job so that he can marry her. With the help of his friend and mentor, Mr. Saxena (Pran), Raja eventually finds employment at a brokerage firm. However, he soon learns that Munni's father is opposed to their relationship, and he must find a way to prove himself and win her father’s approval. Meanwhile, Munni's boss begins to develop feelings for her, resulting in a complicated situation. In the end, Raja manages to prove himself to be worthy of Munni's hand in marriage, and the couple settle down happily.
