Story

Mumbai Se Aaya Mera Dost is a 2003 Indian drama film, directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The movie follows the story of Lalu, a man from rural India who moves to Mumbai in search of a better life. He meets and befriends Chitto, a street-smart girl who helps him find employment. Chitto and Lalu form an unlikely bond and help each other through their struggles in the big city. Together they experience love, loss, friendship, and betrayal while trying to make it in the big city. Ultimately, Lalu's determination and hard work pays off and he manages to become successful. The movie highlights the importance of dreams and perseverance in achieving success.
