Mohalla Assi 2018

Mohalla Assi is a Hindi film about life in Varanasi, India. The story follows a pandit (priest) named Sundar who lives with his family in the ancient city. Sundar is a traditional man rooted in his beliefs and his faith. He is also devoted to keeping the city's traditions alive and educating the people of Varanasi. In the midst of this, he witnesses the transformation of his beloved city as globalization takes hold.
