Story

Manzil Manzil is a 1984 Indian Hindi-language musical comedy film directed by Nasir Hussain and written by his brother, the veteran writer-director, Yusuf Khan. It stars Dharmendra, Shammi Kapoor, Sanjeev Kumar, Hema Malini, Amjad Khan, Raj Kiran and Padmini Kolhapure in pivotal roles. The film follows the story of Raja (Dharmendra), a poor man living with his family in Mumbai. He falls in love with Rani (Padmini Kolhapure) who is from an affluent family and they decide to get married. However, Raja's father (Amjad Khan) disapproves of the match due to their different backgrounds. In order to win his father's approval, Raja works hard to earn enough money to meet his demands. With the help of his friend (Sanjeev Kumar), Raja succeeds in his mission and his father agrees to the union.
