Major Saab 1998

Major Saab is a 1998 Bollywood action drama film starring Ajay Devgan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Sonali Bendre. The movie follows Major Jaidev Rajvansh (Ajay Devgn) who returns to his native village after completing his military service. He falls in love with the daughter of the village chief, who is promised to another man. He is then forced to choose between his duty to the country and his love for the village chief's daughter. In order to protect her from her arranged marriage, Major Jaidev sacrifices his own life in an act of heroism. His sacrifice not only saves the girl but also brings peace to the village. The story ends on a positive note as it shows the power of true love and selfless sacrifice to bring about social change.
