Main Nashe Mein Hoon is a Bollywood romantic comedy about a young man, Raju, who falls in love with a beautiful woman, Rani. Raju is from a poor family and is determined to make something of himself by becoming a successful businessman. To achieve his dream, he moves to the city and starts working on his own business. With time, he succeeds and becomes wealthy. Meanwhile, he meets Rani and falls in love with her. However, his wealthy lifestyle keeps them apart as Rani's family disapproves of the match. Raju then decides to give up all of his success and move back to his hometown in order to win Rani's heart. In the end, Rani's family accepts their relationship and they get married.
