Story

Maha Chor is a 1976 Indian Bollywood action-drama film directed by Raja Nawathe and starring Amitabh Bachchan, Shashi Kapoor, Zeenat Aman, Yogeeta Bali, Pran, Madan Puri and Nirupa Roy. The movie follows the story of two brothers, Shankar (Bachchan) and Ramu (Kapoor), who come from a small town and move to the city in search of better opportunities. They soon become involved in a life of crime and must fight for their own survival. Shankar eventually falls in love with the daughter of a business tycoon and the brother's criminal lifestyle starts to clash with his newfound romance. In the end, Shankar must choose between love and loyalty. The movie highlights themes of loyalty, family, friendship, and betrayal. The film was a box office success and received positive reviews from critics.
