Maa is a 1976 family drama movie. It tells the story of two wealthy brothers, Ram and Laxman, who are separated at a young age due to a feud between their parents. Ram grows up in a poor family while Laxman is raised in luxury. When they finally reunite as adults, they find that the same issues that caused the original rift still exist. They decide to overcome their differences and live together with their mother, who had been shunned from her native village. As the brothers attempt to rebuild their lives, they also learn the importance of family values and the power of unconditional love. Despite many challenges, they eventually manage to bring peace and prosperity to their small village. The takeaway from Maa is that no matter how hard life gets, family and love will always prevail.
