Lakhon Ki Baat 1984

Lakhon Ki Baat is a 1980 Bollywood romantic drama directed by Gulzar. The movie tells the story of two young lovers, Rashmi and Anand, who are separated by their family's feuding. Rashmi is sent away to her aunt's home in Calcutta while Anand stays with his father in Delhi. Despite being apart, they never forget each other and continue to communicate through letters. After many years, they reunite and marry. However, their joy is short-lived as they soon discover that Rashmi is pregnant. With no support from either of their families, Rashmi and Anand decide to face the consequences of their actions together and move to a new city. Despite facing hardships, they manage to stay together and eventually have a child. In the end, their love overcomes all odds and they are reunited with their families.
