Story

Kyon Ki is a Bollywood drama film starring Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor. It follows the story of Anand, a doctor who falls in love with a young woman named Priya. However, Priya's father does not approve of her relationship with Anand, so he sends her to a mental hospital. Anand, desperate to free Priya from her imprisonment, meets Dr. Bhaskar, who agrees to help him. With Dr. Bhaskar's help, Anand learns that Priya's condition stems from a past trauma involving her parents' death. In order to cure her, Anand must make Priya confront and accept her pain. After various attempts, Anand is eventually able to get Priya to open up about her grief, thereby freeing her from her mental illness. In the end, Priya is able to move on with her life and Anand's love helps her heal.
