Story

Kunwara Baap is a 1974 Bollywood comedy-drama film directed by Satyen Bose. The story revolves around a widower, Dadaji, played by Mehmood, who is raising his children single-handedly. He finds it difficult to manage the household and his children's education due to financial constraints. To make matters worse, his son, Ramesh, falls in love with a rich girl, Guddi, and gets into trouble when her father refuses their relationship. In an effort to get money to pay for his son's college fees, Dadaji takes up a job working as a servant at Guddi's house. In the process, he meets up with his old flame, Nirmala, which further complicates matters. Through a series of hilarious events, Dadaji manages to win over Guddi's father and reunite the lovers. In the end, Dadaji is able to send Ramesh to college and the family is reunited. Kunwara Baap is a light-hearted tale of love, loyalty, and sacrifice.
