Story

Kahaani is a 2012 Indian thriller film about a pregnant woman searching for her missing husband in Kolkata. The film follows Vidya Bagchi, a pregnant woman from London who arrives in Kolkata in search of her missing husband. She finds out that he had been working on an investigative mission in the city and had disappeared without a trace. With the help of local police inspector Satyoki Sinha, she embarks on a relentless quest to find her husband. As the search intensifies, she discovers a much deeper conspiracy at play. With some unexpected twists and turns, the story culminates in a shocking climax and reveals the truth behind her husband's disappearance. In the end, Vidya triumphs over evil and finds justice for her husband's death.
