Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (KANK) tells the story of two married couples and their broken relationships. Dev Saran is a successful soccer player, who is married to Rhea. Rhea is a successful model, but their marriage is loveless and on the brink of divorce. Maya, a single mother and an aspiring singer, moves to New York City from London with her son, Ved. She meets Dev and they become close friends. Maya falls in love with Dev, but she does not act on her feelings. At the same time, Dev's best friend, Rishi, is also attracted to Maya. When Rishi and Maya eventually get together, Rhea and Dev decide to stay together for Ved's sake. Dev and Rhea have a son, Arjun, and the family begins to rebuild their relationship. However, when Maya finds out that her son, Ved, is actually Dev's son, it causes a huge rift between the four of them. In the end, after accepting their mistakes, all four of them come together and find peace and happiness.
